By installing or using the unfollow.pro Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

unfollow.pro is a Chrome browser extension that helps you identify Instagram accounts you follow that do not follow you back, and provides tools to unfollow those accounts. The Service operates entirely within your browser using your active Instagram session.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Instagram account to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the Service to harass, spam, or abuse other Instagram users
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Accept that automated actions on Instagram carry risks including temporary or permanent account restrictions, which are solely your responsibility

4. Third-Party Platforms

unfollow.pro interacts with Instagram, which is owned by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Use of Instagram is subject to Instagram's own Terms of Use. Instagram may change their platform at any time in ways that affect how this Service functions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $7.99/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate at all times. Instagram may change their platform in ways that temporarily or permanently affect Service functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, unfollow.pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any Instagram account restrictions or bans.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
